Hi, I am Lindsay Eakin, The Number Nerd™. Simply, I engage, empower, and educate with numbers. I am Accountant, by trade, who specializes in Small Business Accounting. I am your small business number-crunching sidekick. As a QuickBooks Aficionado, tax expert, and accounting bad a**, I am your go-to for all things analytical and numbery (that's a word, right?).
I have been in the accounting industry most of my working life. I'm an elder millennial; my working life began before graduating from high school. As a youngling, I helped my mother balance her accounting clients' checkbooks manually (pen and check ledger) and on a DOS-based QuickBooks system. I graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's in Leadership. I attended the University of Virginia for additional accounting courses.
My unique skillset enables me to help small businesses navigate their financial success. I mainly assist small business owners and their bookkeepers with cleanup, setup, training, and consulting.
